Trick or Treat

This year we came trick or treating in FW at my Mom's.

We had a ladybug, Spiderman, and his arch nemesis Venom.




A not so happy LadyBug...she cheered up when she found out there was eating involved with this whole dress up thing.

Campout

Friday night Caden got to host his 6th birthday party, he really wanted to go deer hunting but he settled for 4 buddies spending the night and camping out in the tent.

Caden invited Holden and Cameron from Kindergarten were able to come as well as Cade and Ryan from preschool. The boys roasted marshmellows and told ghost stories in the tent. They ate pizza stayed up late watching movies. Caden had a terrific birthday party!

Toots is at that stage of hair growth with bangs that hang in her face so she has this whale spout most days.


And an innocent trip to Target on Saturday night with me and my daugther resulted in her first absolute insistence on getting a toy! We were buying a gift and happened upon the Gloworm and this child was in heaven. She would dance when the music played and would not put it down...even while in the box at the store. She LOVES this thing!

(her hair is no longer in her pony tail, and it stays like that...she reminds us of the movie something about Mary!)

It's my party and I'll cry if I want too!

We finally got to celebrate Presley's 1st birthday in true "ladybug" style. Too bad she woke up with hand foot mouth! At first I just thought she was teething...she was fussy and drooling. Once the party got started I noticed she had little blisters on her lips. Then I saw her tongue. OUCH! Let's just say, she did remarkable for having a mouth full of ulcers.

Preparty with Nana, she held the hairbrush for a majority of the day. Diva.
