Crawfish Boil!!!!

We hosted our first ever Crawfish Boil, and I say we lightly...Heath did all the work and did a great job! We had mainly just neighbors and had a great turnout. The kids had a blast!!!

Happy Birthday, Logan!

My baby is 3, or "free" as he would say.



Since Heath is still home we decided to celebrate Logan's birthday today and invite friends to Inflatable Zone. We all came back to our house for Chicken Nuggets and cake. Afterward we took Logan to pick out his Birthday Gift, he chose a Lightning McQueen Tricycle...

Presley is the Queen of blowouts. She is always having them and doesn't seem to mind them. After one this weekend that warranted a bath:

Heath finally got Caden to skip school this week and go for a golf game with Uncle Nick and Poppa. He got to see a Croc..and made it a whole 9 holes before wanting to leave. Way to go Caden!

Also, my friend Rachel and I picked up Presley some pearls and a flower for her hair...we are going to make her a tutu for her 6 month portraits...here is a little preview...

Kindergarten?

Who is ready for Kindergarten? Apparently, Caden. We had Kindergarten Orientation on Thursday at Woodcreek Elementary. The orientation was for parents but since Caden practically took notes, we'll say it was his orientation. I wanted to get a picture of him in front of the school but it was raining so we took shots on our way.

Funny story, the other day Heath asked Caden if he wanted to stay home from school and go fishing with him...Caden said, No not Thursday, I have homework...We are on S and I don't want to miss S. Well, we'd say he is quite studious. He is so excited about his school work that he has become obsessed with the the alphabet.
