Birthday Extravaganza

Logan had a wonderful party at Tigerland on Friday and enjoyed the attention.  Uncle Nick made it into town to help celebrate and Friday we had a few friends over for pizza and play. 

Saturday was Caden's Sports fest and the day was spent at the baseball fields followed by a Crawfish boil at the Lander's house.  The boys had Elijah over for a sleepover and had a blast.

Happy birthday, Logi Bear!  I am so excited that you are growing into such an awesome kid!  You have the BEST MANNERS of anyone I know and altough at times I know you are using them more for the attention you receive than out of respect - it still so sweet to see...

Over the Years....

Deck

Our great friend and neighbor Mark helped Heath build a deck.  They did a FABULOUS JOB!!!  Thanks to all the wonderful help they received from the 5 kids and 2 dogs....

Eight Years

Yesterday Heath and I celebrated 8 years of marriage...

We've been amazingly blessed over the past 8 years and couldn't ask for anything more in our lives right now. 

Thank you God for all of our blessings....these three in particular.

And I guess Hank too

Other things....Presley is officially potty trained (even at night), she's beats the boys by about 8 months...GO PG!

Really, Logan?



Hank was neutered last week.  When I asked Caden, do you know Hank is at the vet for the night?  His reply, Yes, he is having his nuts cut off.  Thanks, Heath, for that one.

AND DRUMROLL PLEASE....Daddy Daycare has officially closed it's doors!!  After 5 months of job hunting Heath has accepted a job with Cameron and we couldn't be more thrilled for him to return to his career.  Caden and Logan voiced their disappointment of a summer at home swimming but I know they will have a blast this summer at Tigerland with field trips and friends.  We wouldn't change a thing about the last 5 months as the kids and Heath were able to create lasting memories and I was able to focus on my career with little sacrafice on the home front knowing that Daddy was home.  I think it takes an exceptional Man to be able to do what he's done and he's going to be missed greatly!
